Whether you are a nursing or bottle feeding mama, these stretches are designed to help you feel great from the start. Choose 1-2 stretches in this guide to do after each feeding. The stretches & exercises will encourage healing as you recover from birth as well as help improve your posture over time. As you are feeding baby I want you to inhale and let air fill the sides and back of ribs and then slowly exhale for through your mouth. You should feel calm and relaxed after this simple routine.
